Panelists have become adept at their particular area "In The Trenches™" and their combined experience as well as the innovations they have employed has served businesses well in the past. They will outline parameters and issue as they relate to the concept of ITTOO7™ while tactics discussed may not apply to all businesses they could be modified to cut cost and revitalize strategy. The proposed format can be adapted to include general and individual presentations as well as interactive question and answer.



Despite claims to the contrary , the calls have increased. Many have seen their budgets cut, and recent events have seen a shift in the socio-economic front and a change in business, advertising and promotional strategy. As of September 2004 unemployment was set @ 8 million. While the reasons vary, many have made the decision to establish their own businesses. The criteria for a small business, has left many believing they are minute and lost, as far as support services go. The "trench" will be their playing field. The trench however may be more “Virtual” than many are prepared for. The effects of any Pans undertaken today will more than likely fully impact a business no earlier than 2007, more than likely however independent business owners are concentrating solely on present issues. Artist Mosaic bills itself as a forum where

Aim: This project was designed specifically for individuals who have marketable self-reliance skills & talents as well as natural abilities that can be developed into products.

Many are asking,” How do I create a definable product by which I can feed my self and my family?” Artist Mosaics was developed, based on years spent seeking the same answers. These artists are not only potentially self-employable but themselves future employers, there is vast potential for Cultural Tourism. While most of the ideas have been initialized, it will take a vast amount of support to successfully implement! Tools and resources for research are emphasized! Artist Mosaic provides opportunities for product development and direct audience presentation at a critical stage. Effort is made towards archival documentation processes, oft needed in promotional press kits, portfolios, grant and loan solicitation. Artist must make personal contracts to themselves and other member of their group. A test group was initialized in January with seminars, followed by test on other concepts: - Trunk shows, (Exhibit Opportunity), “Edutainment, AM yahoo groups, art/business facility, sponsoring, grant and funding opportunity as well as youth programs.

“In the Trenches™” and “Artist Mosaic™” were conceived and developed by Ms Bonnie Sandy-Sterling. Bonnie is producing this program in collaboration with Jazzpazazz Preservation Society, and has been discussing the possibility of collaborating with other supporting organizations, individuals, artist groups, businesses and venues.

Bonnie Sandy-Sterling
is an artist whose media is Fiber, as practiced in the discipline of fashion design business.
"In The Trenches" was formulated after repeated request from other designers. She is currently in the process of documenting her work since leaving Fashion Institute Of Technology, Planning Jazz of Fashion 2005 and launching her label. She has played a major role in promoting fashion an is an artist and youth advocate.
Presently Ms Sandy Sterling practices design for a select custom clientele. She consults privately with artist on Creative Independant Marketing Strategies
